For these 2 evenings, onlyone

Mickaëlle will have spent the day decorating the room
and dinner table.
In kitchen, our Chef ,Mr Faucher,
is cooking the gastronomical menu for the evening.
At 07h30 pm, when everyone is well dressed and ready,
it's cocktails time,
with its zakouskis, served in the bar lounge,
next to the chimney and its woodfire.
Around 09h00 pm, everyone takes place
at the table, following a meticulous
plan prepared according to nationalities,
affinities....no question of being alone!!
And as the cotillons are already on the table, the
frenzy can begin!!!
while stocks of balls & serpentines, for a time,
(to be able to
start serving dinner !!!), |

On New Year's Eve
dinner, for desert,
dance can begin on the dance floor.
(still under rain
of balls and serpentines !)
Philippe runs the music, with his hits of all years, for
all ages, and it "burns".
Often very late in the night.
While, outside, it's heavy snowing !!! |
